When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, and project information solely to respond and prepare an estimate.
Storage and sharing
We do not sell your data. We use it only for communication about your project and with service providers that enable secure message delivery.
Abuse protection
To identify unwanted and repeated enquiries, only when you submit the form, your browser derives a pseudonymous fingerprint and a separate profile digest from technical browser and device characteristics. The server receives only the resulting identifiers and algorithm version, not the individual values used to calculate them. We combine them with a random signed cookie identifier, your email address, your phone number when provided, a safely supplied IP and network signal, and coarse form-interaction telemetry. The telemetry records only a broad completion-time category and whether keyboard, pointer, or paste interaction occurred; it does not record individual keys, pointer positions, or content outside the fields you submit.
Project descriptions are compared with earlier descriptions using pseudonymous digests of words and word groups, without storing an additional raw copy of the message in the abuse-protection database. If Cloudflare Turnstile Enterprise is enabled, we also use the short-lived Ephemeral ID returned by Cloudflare after server verification. All identifiers, IP signals, and description features are protected with a secret HMAC digest before storage. By default, this signal history is retained for up to 90 days, as is the signed cookie, unless browser data is cleared sooner. We use these signals only to protect the form and provide advisory repeat-enquiry flags, not to track visitors across other websites or automatically prove identity.
